Czechia will visit Wembley Stadium on Tuesday 6 October in the UEFA Nations League

On the Event Day

On the day, please bring your confirmation email with you as this will have the required QR Code for the marshal on the entrance to scan before allowing you entry.

Once you have entered please follow the instructions of the on site marshals on where to park, please note that with our event car parking, due to the nature of some locations we cannot guarantee the suitability or access requirements for any user of the location. Depending on the parking venue selected the parking surface may not be tarmac or concrete and may be another suitable parking surface such as grass or gravel. If you feel like you have access or additional requirements which may affect your individual usage of the car park, please contact us before booking by the methods on the event page to see if we can accommodate or advise you on any suitable changes or amendments to prevents issues on the day.

The car parks will be attended from opening to close, however your vehicle is left at your own risk and The Combined Services Provider, its employees & workers take no responsibility for any item left within the car parks.

The Car Park will close on the time stated when you booked, but for confirmation please check with the marshals on the day, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have collected your car before this as failure to do so may result in your car being locked in overnight and the possibly of having to pay a release fee.

Exiting the Car Park

At the end of the event, we will do our best to ensure a swift and easy exit of our car parks, however due to the number of people / vehicles leaving the grounds and surrounding areas there may be a slight delay with this. We will endeavour however, to do everything possible to ensure you are able to leave the car park as soon as possible.

Amendments

We utilise the use of QR Codes on our tickets meaning you do not need to provide your VRN (Registration Plate). This means if you need to change vehicle you are more than welcome to do this at your own leisure as long as you bring the QR Code ticket with you. Please note however that once the QR Code has been scanned once it will not work again and will be invalid.

Cancellations / Refunds

We offer the ability for you to insure your ticket purchase/s through a third party which is available at the checkout stage, this option will cover up to the specified amount in the insurance offer and will cover you and others in the event of illness, injury, severe weather, transport delays and more (please see individual terms in checkout for full list of inclusions and exclusions).

Should you choose not to purchase this insurance then your ticket is sold as a non-refundable item and is standardly not eligible for a refund. However, should exceptional circumstances arise which are not covered by the insurance then you may submit a refund request with us by emailing parking@gotocsp.com and each enquiry will be dealt with on a case by case basis. However, you must ensure that the ticket has not been used and that the reason you are claiming for is not covered by the available insurance, if your claim reason is covered by the insurance and you chose not to add this then the claim will be rejected. At any point during a refund request, you may be asked to provide evidence to support your claim, failure to provide evidence will result in your claim being denied. If your request is accepted for a refund, please be aware that as each case is looked at individually the options and monies potentially offered may be different.

Cancellation on our part:

Where possible we will ensure that car parks advertised will be available on the event day, however as the car parks are not owned by us, we do not have complete control over external factors. In the unlikely event that we are unable to open the car park to due factors beyond our control we will be in contact with you as the earliest possible moment for you to try and rearrange parking elsewhere. In these extremely rare occasions, we will refund you the full price paid (including booking fee) or offer you free parking at any of the other venues in which we operate (within a 12-month period from the cancellation). This will be discussed with you on an individual case by case basis if the need arises. This form of cancellation is not affected by the purchase or non-purchase of the optional ticket insurance.

Claiming with Insurance

To use your purchased insurance to make a claim please refer to the documentation received when making the original purchase, as we only introduce you to the insurance we are unable to act on your behalf.

Insurance Purchase

If you choose to purchase the insurance, we need to make you aware that we will receive a small fee for a successful purchase.

Additional Information

Event days and times change, and we do our best to keep this site up to date with the correct information, however if a event does change time or the day your ticket will still be valid for that event regardless of the change. If changed are applied, your existing ticket and QR Code will still be valid. Any changes made to dates or timings are beyond our control, and it is the customers responsibility to check timings before leaving or arriving at any of our car parks.
